At Rosemont Engineering, Inc., we take this responsibility seriously. We have a large inventory of commonly used spare parts on our service vehicles; staffed by Eric Silva and Gerry Rosario.

Eric specializes in transitioning old installations to new controllers; with emphasis on meeting current code compliance. Gerry specializes in performing our popular NFPA25 Service Inspections; which thoroughly test and check a controller for complete manual and automatic operation as dictated by NFPA code.

We are often asked to service non-Firetrol brand fire pump controllers.

We are in contact with the service departments from manufacturers of other controllers and respond to these requests often.

Our repair of these controllers is offered on a "good faith" basis, and often times can get the system back in operation, until a new Firetrol controller can be installed.
