Service and Parts Availability of service and parts is crucial to the fire protection industry. As the population of fire pump controllers matures, the need for excellence in service grows. At Rosemont Engineering, Inc., we take this responsibility seriously. We have a large inventory of commonly used spare parts on our service truck; staffed by our Senior Service Engineer, Gerry Scampoli. Gerry is a Master Electrician with over 40 years of experience in a multitude of electrical maintenance positions. Gerry specializes in performing our popular NFPA25 Service Inspections; which thoroughly test and check a controller for complete manual and automatic operation as dictated by NFPA code.
Emergency Service To demonstrate our commitment to excellent service availability, our service department is reachable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply call our main line, (978) 453-9191. When the auto-attendant answers, listen for emergency service instructions. You will be prompted to leave your name and phone number. Our system will automatically call us and relay your message. We look forward to serving you! Other Brand Controllers Over the years we have been asked to service non-Firetrol brand fire pump controllers. We have been successful in procuring parts from manufacturers of other controllers and respond to these requests often. We also have a great selection of generic spare parts on our service truck allowing us to reduce pump down-time.
